Most of us go to trainings and conferences, returning home inspired and ready to make changes. We set goals and dream big dreams. Then life gets in the way. We get frustrated because the change we had hoped for is not happening!
A coach will help you determine your priorities, develop a plan and stick with it! A personal coach will offer support as you serve in a changing world that often leaves you feeling isolated. There will be an ongoing conversation with someone who is committed to your success and the success of your congregation. A coach will help you examine your context, congregation, ministry teams and yourself! A coach will help you identify the structure you are working in, make changes and increase your capacity for effective leadership.
